It is always difficult to deal with loosing a dog, however it can be more devastating to some child. Children usually see that it is hard to be aware of so what happened on their pet, and teens that do understand are often distraught. As a kind, compassionate human, it is easy to become sad due to the state worldwide. We know that individuals are dying from starvation. Teenagers conceive, street folks are enslaved by drugs and school kids are becoming shot within their classrooms. What are you planning to do? For the person dependent on sadness, it is due to an unhappy and lonely childhood where sadness was an often-felt emotion. Due to the emotional familiarity, sadness becomes that person's evil companion.

Core sadness has to be compassionately embraced. We need to be very gentle with ourselves among others once we, varieties, are experiencing core sadness. Often, everyone is afraid of this feeling along with other core feelings and consider various addictions to numb out feelings of sadness, grief, heartbreak, heartache, and sorrow. When we don't gently and compassionately embrace these feelings, they get stuck in our bodies which enable it to cause other problems, like acting out with others, addictive behavior, and illness.
